Randall L. Borders, age 66, has gone away to be with the Heavenly Father and our Savior. He passed away peacefully in his sleep on June 6, 2024 in Tucson, Arizona.
Randall was born September 3, 1957 in Fredonia, Kansas to Ralph T. and Carol J. Borders. He was a member of the National Honor Society in Texas and graduated from Sweetwater High School in 1975. Randall aspired to attend Forestry School at Stephen F. Austin State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana upon high school graduation. He worked in the laboratory at U.S. Gypsum and was a Master Carpenter and home builder. He was the Service Manager for A-1 Homes in Victoria, Texas.
Randall liked to travel and explore nature and new locations. He enjoyed nature and always seemed his happiest and at peace while in a natural, outdoor setting. He was quite versatile and quick to discover and learn various jobs and hobbies. Randy had a kind and gentle soul and a big heart. He was an intelligent man and missed what he cherished most and that was his family .
He is survived by his two sons; Jeffery and Joshua Borders, his two brothers; Ronald and Christopher Borders and his sister; Linda Vanderboegh, among many other family members and friends.
Randall will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He will always be in our hearts and thoughts.
