He loved all classic muscle cars, but his favorites were Camaros and 1970 Chevy Nova. Scott loved rock ’n’ roll, had a free spirit, and was known for his sense of humor and love of telling jokes.
- He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert W. Dougall and Gretchen (Albright) Dougall.
Scott is survived by his children, Shelly and Christopher Dougall, and his grandchildren, Damion Rios and Dominic Diaz.
He will be remembered as a loving father and grandfather.
